“Hello, I absolutely LOVE shopping on your site & just "window shopping" on your site!
Your prices are fantastic & cannot be beat however the shipping cost often makes it much more expensive.
The shipping cost for one item is the same as 12 items.
I am wondering if by chance items could be sold by weight so that would be cheaper?
I usually purchase 3 to 5 items at a time & sometimes I just want one or two.
I think because of the shipping costs you may be losing many sales. If you could get flexible shipping
options for different needs perhaps that would increase sales. I'm just thinking here because there is
so much more I want to purchase but really cannot because of shipping costs.
I found that the jackets I purchased run on the small side. The usual 1X fit into the 2X perfectly.
As a result I have two extra 1X's. Also the zipper is broken on one of the Jackets. I had to pay for a Head Band I did NOT Order. I have no idea how that got in there however minor thing's like that happen on
Every website. Stuff just happens everywhere, all the time with everyone! that's life! No Big Deal!
I have not checked the return policy because so much happened in my own life I simply have not had the time. If I must pay for the return shipment than I will not return them.
As far as the jackets running on the smaller I am hoping you offer more products that are A3X & A4X.
