Over the last 4 years I have looked for a cheer shoe that my daughters foot/heel would not hurt or ache after wearing them for a few hours of practice. I read a TON of reviews, and we had also tried about 4 other shoes before buying this one. Well, this one worked. My daughter loved this shoe after one 2 hour practice session. I asked her how her feet felt, she said, "These are the BEST shoes! I always want you to order these shoes when I grow out of them." They have not fallen apart easily either. They are made well. And for those wondering, we had tried plenty of inserts as well before this buy trying to find a solution. This Shoe is the solution to foot/heel aching for cheerleaders.

Fits true to size but a little tight may want to order an half size up if thick socks are worn. Great for flying okay for tumbling. Very lightweight and flexible. My team loves them.
