Initially it'd hug the knee and the knee sides snugly,now it's starting to slip, and noticeably to the point where I every so often I need pull it back into the original position. If there were further adjustments with the top and bottom original Velcro holders, or optional ones to go alone with them, I'd think the unit would hold and stay holding snugly for quite a bit longer than I project this one will.
